What to expect on day one
New to Pilates? You'll be in good hands from the moment you walk in. Here's how a first session usually goes.
Book your first class- Arrive 10 minutes early Quick studio tour, intake form, and a chat about any injuries or goals.
- Meet your instructor They'll set springs, straps, and equipment to match your body and experience level.
- Move with intention 50–60 minutes of guided breath, footwork, and flow. Never rushed, never shouted at.
- Close the session Stretch, cool down, and plan what's next — we'll book you into the class that fits.
