What to expect on day one

New to Pilates? You'll be in good hands from the moment you walk in. Here's how a first session usually goes.

Book your first class
  1. Arrive 10 minutes early Quick studio tour, intake form, and a chat about any injuries or goals.
  2. Meet your instructor They'll set springs, straps, and equipment to match your body and experience level.
  3. Move with intention 50–60 minutes of guided breath, footwork, and flow. Never rushed, never shouted at.
  4. Close the session Stretch, cool down, and plan what's next — we'll book you into the class that fits.
